PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR RAMP STAFF

The FPMU staff attended training workshop on project management which focused on office management procedures and documentation on Donor funded projects.

The training took place at Hotel Seventeen in Kaduna from 9th – 11th November, 2017 and was conducted by Poise Resources Centre Limited. The core essence of the training was: (1) to update participants on the structure and operations of public/civil service, public service rules and regulations, (2) to improve the quality of memos, group planning office management procedures, decision-making and documentation procedures within the FPMU and the SPIUs.

Hence, it availed participants an opportunity to understand each other’s behavioural style, flexibility, mutual understanding and respect. In attendance were National Coordinator, Project Accountant, Safeguards Officer, Infrastructure Engineers, Procurement Officers, Developments Communication Officer, M&E Officer and Finance Officers from FPMU.
